How far in advance should I book?
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your vehicle for the date and time of your event. The remaining balance is typically due 7 days prior to the service date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Zelle, and Corporate Checks. Cash payments can be arranged for gratuity or specific circumstances upon approval.
Onboard Experience
Is alcohol allowed on the bus/limo?
Yes! If all passengers are 21 years of age or older, you are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages (BYOB). We provide ice, cups, and napkins. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
Can we play our own music?
Absolutely. All our vehicles are equipped with premium sound systems featuring Bluetooth and AUX connectivity. You have full control over the playlist.
Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?
No. All Falcon Tour Travel vehicles are strictly non-smoking (including vapes) to maintain the highest level of cleanliness for all our clients. Drivers can make pit stops upon request.
Airport & Policies
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Don’t worry. Our dispatch team monitors all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust the pickup time so your driver is there when you land. No extra charge for flight delays.
Does the price include gratuity?
Our quotes typically include taxes and tolls. A standard gratuity (tip) for the chauffeur is appreciated (usually 15-20%) and can be added to your bill or given in cash.
